This code needs to be inserted once on every page where you want to automatically show AdSense ads. The easiest way to do this is to insert the code in the section – go to tab ⚙ / tab Header and paste the code there – make sure header code is enabled (green button top right). This will automatically insert code for Auto ads on all pages. If you need to insert Auto ads only on some pages (or you need to exclude Auto ads on some pages) configure page-specific header code.

Hey there. So I just started a blog a few days ago with WordPress and have made a few posts already. I chose the free option just to get a feel for everything, but now I’m wanting to update to the premium plan as the free plan only allots 3GB of storage space, which you mentioned here. Unfortunatley, i just came across your website this morning as i was just searching for some blog tips, but my question is, what’s really the purpose of using a webhost with WordPress? The blog i created a few days ago is being hosted by WordPress, correct? Or am I missig something?
The new block-based editor won’t change the way any of your content looks to your visitors. What it will do is let you insert any type of multimedia in a snap and rearrange to your heart’s content. Each piece of content will be in its own block; a distinct wrapper for easy maneuvering. If you’re more of an HTML and CSS sort of person, then the blocks won’t stand in your way. WordPress is here to simplify the process, not the outcome.

Have just set up site using WP 4.9 / Bluehost. Looking for a blog theme that has maximum font / colour and formatting options, will support pics, has multiple gallery options, supports sound (very important) and video. Also want it to be advertisement-ready. Major problem I’m having is that I want to collect and collate opinions and stories from readers; their ideas and responses to numerous topics. Ideally 3 at once featured on a static home page. I don’t know if there’s an additional plug in I’d need to be able to do such a thing, or whether some of these themes listed have decent widgets I could use for this purpose? I have some experience using website back-ends but no coding knowledge. Thanks.

I’d like also to incorporate a feature to facilitate access to Google Translate — possibly by linked “button” to open it in a new tab, although the ideal would allow highlighting of text, selection of the translator button, automatic copying of text into the translator app, auto-selection of target language as that of the column in which it is highlighted, and display of the translation in a sub-window that could be dismissed by clicking elsewhere on the page. I imagine it would be simpler if the reader were required to highlight and copy the text manually to paste it into the translation-app tab, and use its native features to select the target language. One use of this feature would be to translate terms or phrases from other languages that are embedded within the text of one of the two primary-language columns.

If you want to have a public-facing blog but want to remain anonymous, then you need to make sure that your domain has WHOIS privacy turned on. Often people use a pseudonym / nickname to write under. You should also create a unique email just for your blog. It goes without saying, don’t post your pictures or anything on the blog. For more detailed instructions, see our article on how to blog anonymously using WordPress.
In the absence of specific alterations to their default formatting code, WordPress-based websites use the canvas element to detect whether the browser is able to correctly render emoji. Because Tor Browser does not currently discriminate between this legitimate use of the Canvas API and an effort to perform canvas fingerprinting, it warns that the website is attempting to 'extract HTML5 canvas image data'. Ongoing efforts seek workarounds to reassure privacy advocates while retaining the ability to check for proper emoji rendering capability.[citation needed]
